The Small includes the following: 3 types of cheeses. 4 5 oz per cheese. We include cows milk (Gouda + Toscano), and Boursin. Cheeses in photo are cheeses that are standard for this board. 2 types of meats: Genoa salame (6 oz), and Pepperoni nuggets (4 oz). A variety of olives, fruits, nuts, preserves and honey.
