Hold me closer, 2022 hide-search giving it a lovely ambientA white brimming with vibrant lemon, balanced by notes of juicy peach and delicate flowers. Produced from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay that are pressed slowly over four days in an old Alsatian wooden foudre, and then blended mid fermentation with a dash of Marsanne from 2021, the wine is finished with a short ageing until early spring. Its lively minerality and energetic acids capture the wild charm of Ardche.
