At its largest it will hold an item rolled so it is 24 15 inches . The top is 11 inches and 1. 5 inches wide the straps are 1 inch wide. It is made using Hermann Oak harness leather which is top grain full grain vegetable tanned made in the USA. All the hardware is stainless steel with handriven copper rivets. I can also make it with solid brass hardware and brass hand set rivets. All the straps have been
