We have always known that Apricot Block is an iconic sight, truly suited to Shiraz. It has for a long time been our fan favourite, always combining exotic fruits with earthy, mineral drive, making it a great cellaring option. In 2021, to celebrate the 40th year of Greenock Creek Wines, we let the winemakers loose to
