The 2023 vintage began its life in December 2022 when we filled oak barrels with whole cherries, freshly picked from a local orchard in Stanley.? The barrels returned to the brewery that afternoon where they were filled with a golden base beer ahead of a 12 month secondary fermentation.? The resulting beer has a vibrant cherry colour, aroma and flavour, with a
