Lagered properly for 12 weeks, we know that some good things take time. Utilising super light base malt, we jammed in Riwaka, Wai iti, Motueka, Waimea and Nectaron. Intense aromas of melon, lime citrus, rose water, gooseberry and diesel are evident. The body has a distinct minerality and the finish is crisp with a white pepper
