Lumière des Sens, 2021 Vinho Verde We adore Occhipinti's winesCapturing the aromatic side of Pineau DAunis, the alluring nose offers white pepper, forest berries and herbs. Produced from 40 year old vines, it is fermented whole bunch, before spending 15 months aging in old barrels. Light and vibrant, but with a tannic touch and plush fruit, the wine would pair well with spiced duck or pork.
