Les Trognes De Pinot, 2022 hide-search Rosé bubblesVery old vines of Pinot Noir, some over 100 years old, in 2022 Benoit gave the grapes a slightly longer maceration than he has previously, believing the old vines can give even more elegance and complexity. Though drinking well now, this is a wine that will age quite wonderfully.
