Condition is good save for some problems the centerfold near the bottom of the image

A nice turn of the century map of the city still showing the street names in transition (notice Beckworth or 5th or Vasquez or 4th), smelters just north of town , and the Platte River and Cherry Creek yet to be rechannelled, still including a Lake Archer that would soon disappear.
