Tales from the colonial era, the partition, and my family history. How, along with many others, my grandfather traveled to India before 1947 from Bangladesh. For him and the community, what does the land mean? With the aid of community and personal tales, I attempt to depict the timeline of shifting land identity in this piece of work.
