Made from soft PU, they are super comfortable and can be worn over clothing. We've added adjustable underfoot stirrups to prevent trousers from riding up. Cuffs and hem are elasticated to keep out the rain and wind. The buckles are big enough for small hands and the straps are fully adjustable
