The high alcohol content during the steeping process works well, extracting the character of the sloes quickly and giving a richly fruity gin with notes of nutty almond, bright tartness and deep plum and cherry flavours. At 40% vol, our Sloe Gin is excellent with tonic water the simpler, the better
