Cofield - Pinot Grigio 750ml COL-GH10025 Ripening conditions were near perfect"Our Pinot Grigio has bright, crisp acidity and fresh, clean flavours. Its versatility ensures it pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods. Grapes were grown in the cool climate of the King Valley. Fruit was machine harvested at night and transported to Cofield Winery to avoid the warmer daylight temperatures. After gentle pressing, the juice was inoculated with aromatic yeast and fermented slowly in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks.
