Orange De Noirs, 2020 sizeL 75cl It’s a beautiful pale orangeMostly Sumoil, harvested early by Joan so the local wild boars don't get to it first. It's vibrant colour comes from a small amount of the skins being added back into the juice or a super light extraction before going into amphora for fermentation, and then being aged in oak.
