Grapes were hand harvested from 35 year old vines grown over clay in Test Valley. Carbonically macerated in stainless steel vat for five days. Bottled by gravity, alongside adding a tiny amount of sugar to finish fermentation. Very much a fun English explosion you should try while the limited stocks last.
