With each vineyard being in three distinctly different micro climates within the Heathcote GI, each hand picked parcel of fruit adds a unique dimension to this wine. Aged: one new French (Vicard) puncheon, four 3 year old French hogsheads and seven 4 year old French barriques. Palate: Deep raspberry in hue, it's bright fruit on first sip; juicy blueberries, wild cherries and a hint of
