Brewed using a specialized saison yeast that demands patience and precision. Rich amber in color with a creamy, full mouthfeel of savoury flavours. The finish is long, clean and lifted. Built for the table and made for rich food, this ale is best shared among great company. Soil: The 2023 24 vintage was a challenging one at Pine Hill.
