In The Middle - Prosecco 750ml special~carwynselector Margaret River"In our vineyards our viticulturalists have been working hard: we have been experimenting with how to grow grapes with full flavour ripeness but with a lower alcohol level. We then pick these grapes slightly early for a fresh, lifted style. Then some innovative blending by our winemaking team allows them to get the alcohol even lower. This new method creates a lighter in alcohol wine but with the depth and vibrancy of a bigger wine. It simply allows
