Lucie, 2021 Sparkling Think light and juicyA beautifully soft fruited, direct press Chardonnay from Alsace winemaker, Vincent Larcelet. Lifted floral aromas of jasmine, orange blossom and a palate which reveals how years of working under Jura masters, such as Jean Francois Ganevat, has shaped Vincents style of winemaking. Fresh and full of energy with brisk and slightly bitter acidity, giving the wine structure and complexity reminiscent of non oxidative Jura Chard that carries the wines
