"È Bianco" Liters Orange 100% Barbera" Bianco" Liters: It is a simple and fresh wine. On the nose the terpenes of the grapes make it aromatic. In the mouth there is pulp and a little joy given by the light re fermentation. Offered in a fun one liter bottle. Aged in cement. Unfiltered wine. Arneis & Moscato. Hand harvested into small bins. De stemmed, pneumatic direct press. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel tanks. Bottled with minimal sulphur (~10ppm)
