It's beautifully crafted highly detailed rope around the enamel spheres, hand made. It measures 11mm by 11mm weighing about 3. 7 grams without the backing. It's not hallmarked but has tested positive for 18k gold. Please look at the pictures for visual inspection . It's in Excellent condition with NO issues to note.
