We kept a portion of it to fill both a bourbon and a rum barrel, and they were left to rest for 12 months. Time has worked its magic, melding the smooth vanilla and caramel notes from the bourbon, with the deep molasses and spice from the rum. Beneath the barrel character lies a silky porter with layers of dark chocolate and dried fruit." Slow Lane
