Original Yellow Turbans of Badr Print of my original paintingThis piece is inspired by the Battle of Badr, the firs victory for the muslims that Allah swt has promised where He swt sent down thousands of angels. Zubayr Ibn Al Awwam, the disciple of the Prophet de wore a yellow turban in this battle. Upon seeing his yellow turban, he said "Verily, the angels came down from heaven [to assist the believers] in the appearance of Az Zubayr". Meaning all the angels donned yellow turbans. 14 x 18 in on canvas panel.
