Vintage Chinese Ceramic Snuff Bottle Rooster Motif w/ Stopper 3" Arms & Armor 4th month or April 1934This is a Vintage Chinese snuff bottle with lid (spoon missing). Early to mid 1900's. Markings on bottom of bottle. Stopper included but spoon is missing Height = 3" Diameter = 1" The Chinese snuff bottle originated during the Qing Dynasty in the 17th century. Initially, they were practical containers for holding powdered tobacco, which was sniffed for its stimulant effects. However, they evolved into decorative art objects, often made from materials
