Watson Family - Chardonnay 750ml Size:Single Domaine de Barigos"This wine is sourced from local Wilyabrup Valley vineyards. Winemaking is simple and hands off harvested, destemmed, sorted, and gently pressed. Fermentation proceeded without additions up to 4 weeks in a mix of new and seasoned French barrels. The wine was then transferred to tank to retain freshness and acidity, before bottling in late June. Our Chardonnay is pale gold in colour. On the nose, it flares nuances of nectarine, apricot, pink lady
