A different take on our OG Smores stout we released last year as part of the Carwyn Cellars Black Box. We started off with a light peat smoked malt base & graham crackers in the mash, we then left this big stout to age in ex buffalo trace barrels and extra 7 months than the OG which has really rounded out the peat flavour, it was then conditioned on chocolate,
