Pohjala are well known for their daring and out of the box stouts as well as their use of native ingredients to flavour their beers. For this decadent and heavy hitting stout we have used a kettle addition of lactose, a whirlpool addition of bee captured pollen, a mid fermentation addition of Australian native Orange
