Lust for Wine, 2020 vegan Fifth generation winemaker Salvatore (Turi)A lively and generously dark fruited blend of organic Syrah Grenache by winemaker Alexandre Durand in Faugeres, Languedoc. The grapes were harvested by hand and de stemmed before maceration in fibreglass tanks, yielding a fresh yet dense palate with waves of sunkissed dark fruits and a saline, mineral core. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphur.
