Sea Chicken Wines - Syrah 2022 750ml Size:Single with delicate peat"The 2022 Heathcote Syrah is Vegan friendly and made with fruit from the Chalmers Heathcote vineyard. The whole uncrushed berries were cold soaked prior to fermenting with wild yeast and plunged daily until primary ferment had finished. The ferment was then left in a sealed tank for a total of 60 days from first crush to help extract and integrate the tannins. It was then pressed off the skins and matured in stainless steel for 9 months. It was
