Texturally delightful with great acidity, and a great dry finish. A Unico as a ros can be! Same varietal makeup as last year but we've changed things up here with some Langhorne Creek Dolcetto instead of Clare Valley. It's really great fruit! Alongside this is absolutely the best ros we've ever done. It's a belter. Fresh cranberries, pink lady apple, guava, salted lemon.
