This one was built with a sole plan to be light, snappy, and obtusely drinkable while still carrying a serious hop punch. Mashed with a touch more spelt for body and foam, then hopped throughout with Nectaron, Citra, Krush HYPERBOOST, and hand selected Nelson Sauvin. Fermented out with a lager strain, the light body lets bursts of citrus, tropicals, and white grape ride on a
