Domaine Des Grandes Esperances - La Java Rouge 2020 750ml COL-XMAS the wine is full-bodied"Blend of 85% Gamay (fruit, roundness), 15% Cabernet Franc (frame, structure). Cold maceration for 4 days then fermentation around 20C to extract the fruit with daily pumping over until mid fermentation. One week post fermentation maceration with micro oxygenation during aging to round out the wines.
