'Not too heavy, not too light' The fruit is sourced from a spectacular Chardonnay vineyard in the Padthaway region, with great sunlight hours & cool nights to allow maximum aromatic expression whilst retaining natural acidity. Treated very gently in the winery with little intervention, but loads of attention. 50% of the juice was split off into high quality conditioned oak which develops texture
