These mounts are made out of rust proof stainless steel 2. 25in long (we also have a 3. 25in long version). I made these use a 5 16 18 mounting bolt because I feel like all the old blocks I find have a 3 8in mounting bolt and I always feel like it is over kill. you can screw this onto a transmission kicker cover stud or replace one of your kickstand
