Vindabagna, 2020 BOTTLESHOP This intense ruby red wineFrom their young vines of Arneis, this wonderful col fondo was made by infusing around 10% of whole bunches in the fermenting juice of a direct press. After a couple of weeks in cuve, the bunches were pressed, releasing their sugars and the wine was put into bottle to finish fermentation. The result is a litre of dry, cloudy and salty sparkling wine that offers pure refreshment.
