Barringwood - Classic Cuvee 2017 750ml Size:Single This farmhouse ale is brewed"Barringwoods Classic Cuvee was crafted with handpicked fruit from our original Lower Barrington vineyard where the up to 30 years old vines enjoy views across the Don Valley to Bass Strait from their 280m elevation. With a very mild growing season this site is perfectly suited to retaining the natural acidity crucial for long lived premium sparkling wines. Grapes were whole bunch pressed with only free run juice sent to tank for primary fermentation
