We had access to some first use Jack Daniel's barrels, and thought the whiskey character would complement the fruity acidity of our red ale blend. The base beer has had up to 2 years ageing in French oak, with a further three months in whiskey barrels. A sister beer to the Kentucky Red. On the nose, dark fruits, coconut,
