Otium, 2022 Euros before being bottled using gravityBarmy blend of Mourvdre, Carignan, Grenache, and Cinsault from 12 parcels made up of mainly marble and clay in Languedoc. Serious but fun. A table red with a bit of bite, and really alluring tannins. Black fruits, works with dinner as well as without.
