Recently crowned Single Malt Whisky of the Year at the 2025 London Spirits Competition, its matured entirely in rare first fill exPedro Ximnez casks from Andalusia. The result? A deep mahogany whisky with a thick, luscious texture, bursting with raisin, dates and figs, layered with dark chocolate, coffee and honey.
