The family have been working in their vineyards for five generations and today the property is run by the charming Aude Vauban and her cousin Carla Bonnet. The domaine has seven hectares of entirely Chardonnay vines and their Grand Cru plots are situated in Oger, Avize and Mesnil sur Oger. They blend wines from all three
