In rubbing and brewing trials, this hop has displayed a complex and potent mix of citrus, tropical, peach, and honeydew melon character. Cool. Naturally, weve used this in combination with Freestyle Motueka, NZ Superdelic, and US Citra hops, along with an addition of thiol rich Phantasm, and fermented out with our in house hazy yeast strain.
