The surface of the lamp has a bubble like pattern. The lamp requires 2 E26 27 lightbulbs and is currently hardwired. [Condition] Good. The lamp is still looking great. Where the piece screws into the ceiling mount, there is a small part of glass missing, see last pictures. This is not visible since it is hidden behind the ceiling mount.
