Crafted from ripe Grenache and Grenache Blanc grapes, the blend underwent a slow, vertical press before fermenting in fiberglass tanks, with a light levage on the lees over winter and spring. Its delicate fruit, pale hue and complex bitterness make the wine feel more like a unique white than a typical ros.
