Cultural Divide: Sour Cherry Turnover beer unfiltered seasonal spring IPA that’sA brand new entry from our yogurt soured series "Cultural Divide", this rich fruit forward tart saison has been kettle soured over the course of a few days with the live bacteria from 10 gallons of Carolina Culture cow's milk yogurt, then fermented clean with our house saison yeast and infused with almost a half ton of real Montmorency & Balaton cherries, finished with a touch of lactose (milk sugar) and a handful of Tahitian vanilla beans.
