Its pretty, light, and full of raspberries, bright spice and svelte textures. We left this one macerating for an extraordinarily short amount of time. The result is a rose like color, with the backbone and structure of a respectable South Australian red. Throw me in the fridge and enjoy chilled, or on a picnic from a paper cup. This wine is made from truly amazing vineyard stock planted in 1950!
