Cabinets like our black lacquer version were sometimes known as 'Scholars' Cabinets' as they were often used to store the books

They come with a ceramic lid and are beautifully decorated by hand

this little chest has four small drawers that are perfectly sized for CDs and DVDs and a wider drawer below
