Rabigato, 2021 hide-search with strawberryAcacia and blood orange, orchard fruit and fresh herbs. Rabigato grapes were pressed whole bunch before fermentation being kicked off in steel tanks. After fermentation wine was left on the lees before being bottled unfined and unfiltered. Like all of Thiago's wines this has incredible freshness and well balanced acidity.
