The reason for this is its damn tasty. Using such a lean malt base, layering some awesome hops in Simcoe & Centennial on the hot side, then hitting it with a generous dry hop of Selected Simcoe, Centennial & Citra. This is full of punchy, aromatic, candy citrus fruit character a mild bitterness & a rounded mouthfeel. An IPA that will satisfy a serious hop lover but also one that is
