They blend wines from all three villages for each of their cuvées to add depth and complexity

Le Grillon is 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir

Full-flavoured with round tropical aromas transitioning to zesty flavours of spicy pear and dried mango

Smooth and balanced we find it has a lovely bit of texture and it finishes nicely and is perfect for any occasion. However if you had it with a curry it would be delicious! Made from hand picked grapes and carefully crafted to keep its fresh, fruity charm. It's 6 months in stainless steel another two months in bottle before being released.
