Bourgogne Blanc Againippe, 22/23 over-60 Harvested in two stagesA Bourgogne Blanc which masters the balance between richness and elegance. This rare cuvee is a blend of the 2022 and 2023 vintages and is made with purchased grapes from 45 year old vines in Meursault, whole bunches are direct pressed in a basket press, fermented with indigenous yeasts, with sulphur only used after malolactic fermentation, and ageing for six months in used oak barrels, followed by five more in stainless steel tank.
